"Our Thanksgiving dinner was everything a holiday meal should be - fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared by a friendly professional in our home. The meal exceeded our expectations, from the freshness of the organic baby vegetables, to the uniqueness of the bruleed sweet potatoes and cran-cherry chutney. The home-made candied pecans, the cornbread stuffing (made from scratch from freshly baked cornbread!) and sourdough sausage stuffing were favorites, as was the moist and flavorful brined turkey. The chef's attention to detail in the selection and preparation of ingredients was evident in all of the dishes. A treat for the eyes and the palate!"
